We accept returns only at the time of delivery. Customers must check the product thoroughly in front of the delivery person.
You may return a product immediately upon delivery if:
The product is damaged, torn, or defective
The product is different from what was ordered
There are noticeable issues with stitching, color, or size
Returns will not be accepted after the delivery person has left or if the product is accepted without inspection.
Inspect the product as soon as the delivery person hands it over.
If any issue is found, notify the delivery person immediately and return the item on the spot.
Returns are not accepted after delivery is completed.
The customer must pay the delivery charge for returning the product.
This charge is non-refundable.
We do not accept returns for wrong size selection.
However, if the product is unused and in perfect condition, we can offer a size exchange only if the customer agrees to pay both delivery and return charges. (If the size is available)
Refunds are only applicable in the following case:
The customer has paid in advance and
The delivered product is defective or damaged and
We do not have stock available to replace or exchange the item
In such cases, we will process a full refund to the customer’s original payment method within 7 working days.
Personal dislike or change of mind after acceptance
Products returned after delivery is completed
Wrong size, unless exchanged under the conditions mentioned above
